Our restaurant is the heart of SEED’s organic complex. Central, completely open, overlooking the pool, the garden and the ocean; it’s an amazing place to meet other guests and relax. Our team pours immense amounts of thought and love into the food they serve. Vegetables, fruit and herbs are harvested from our own vegetable patch for vegetarian, vegan, fish and meat dishes using local produce. The restaurant – and in fact the whole SEED complex, is powered by self-sustaining solar power energy.
Various home-made specialties are available; jams, yoghurt, nut creams and pastes, freshly baked bread, granola and hummus

At SEED we believe in a sustainable and creative approach to cooking and eating together. Our vegetable garden is nurtured by composted waste from our restaurant along with rainwater collected in tanks. The restaurant – and in fact the whole SEED complex, is powered by self-sustaining solar power energy.
